New Cancellation Policy
Please kindly provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. There is no charge for cancelling an appointment within 24 hours. However, it is at the therapist’s discretion if she would like to terminate treatment after multiple cancellations. This is a busy practice that works with clients who are invested in their health. If your therapist feels like you are not invested in the treatment plan provided, you will be excused from the practice.

Further explanation of missed appointments. No call; no show. When someone doesn't call, show up or communicate with the therapist it shows disregard for the therapist's hard work and time put in to prepare for the appointment. Many times people will not show up because something else comes up that is more important to them. A simple courtesy call or text is helpful and can set up a relationship for future appointments. If the client doesn't communicate then they likely will not be able to book an appointment for the future. Please, always communicate! The therapist understands when emergencies come up. Sometimes we wake up and feel sick, don't come in! Reschedule or cancel until you feel better.
